A signed copy of your registration form, will need to be turned into your team manager at your first team meeting.  To print your registration a copy of this form, click on the My Registrations in the upper left menu on your member home page.  A complete listing of all your registrations will display, with the most recent on top.  On the right, you will see a Print Form button, click and print.  Click HERE to access and print a copy now.
